Please note that you do not need a referral to visit us at Insight Hand Therapy unless your therapy visit is being funded by a third party insurer such as WorkCover or Suncorp etc, DVA or if you are under an Enhanced Primary Care Plan.

If your therapy is being covered by one of the above, your medical practitioner can write us a general referral, or can complete our referral form attached. All referral forms are accepted.
